Refunds are processed based on the original refund request form submitted by the payer.
The customer has the right to refuse information and consulting services, provided they pay the Executor a portion of the agreed-upon price proportional to the services rendered prior to the notification of refusal and reimburse the Executor for any actual expenses incurred before the notification, including bank fees.

To cancel information and consulting services, you must contact us via email at info@fibata.eu, complete, and submit the original refund request form (link).

Refunds for a purchased gift certificate due to refusal of information and consulting services will be made directly to the individual who paid for the certificate. Refunds for unused gift certificates will not be issued. Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for their monetary equivalent.

By purchasing a course, the user acknowledges and confirms the educational nature of the provided materials and understands the risks associated with cryptocurrency trading. The absence of guaranteed profits, income, or any other financial results does not constitute grounds for a refund, except in cases expressly предусмотренных by this Refund Policy.

Refund Methods:

• For payments made by credit card, the refund will be issued to the same card used for the payment.
• For cash payments made via a terminal, the refund will be transferred to the bank account specified in the refund request form.
• For non-cash payments, the refund will be transferred to the bank account specified in the refund request form.

Refunds are processed in accordance with the Consumer Rights Protection Act.
